The Imagination Hive is the best kids birthday party studio in Milton, serving families across Milton, Halton, and Oakville. Parties are held at Unit 12, 700 Nipissing Rd.
Book your party
A $100 non-refundable deposit holds the date. After booking, the studio confirms the theme and the guest count. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the party. Parties are on Saturday and Sunday, at 10 am–12 pm, 1:30 pm–3:30 pm, or 5 pm–7 pm.

What’s included
2 hours of creative fun
75 minutes of guided, hands-on art and sensory activities. Children have full access to all creative stations throughout.
45 minutes for food, cake, and celebration time. Art stations stay open so creating can continue.
Take-home creation
Each child chooses a personalized art project or their own slime creation. It is a keepsake to take home.
All supplies included
Paints, brushes, canvases, smocks, and all materials for the activities.
Party host support
The studio team guides the activities, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.

Families are responsible for providing and setting up any backdrop and cake table decorations.
Food, decor, and setup
- Families bring their own food, cake, and decorations.
- 30 minutes of setup time is included before the party.
- Tell us in advance about allergies or dietary restrictions.
Booking and payment
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date.
- After booking, you receive confirmation for the theme and the guest count.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
Party policies
- Maximum capacity is 60 guests.
- The studio is a nut-free and peanut-free facility.
- Children under 6 must be with an adult.
- Socks are required for every guest, including adults.
- Wear clothes that are fine for messy, creative play.
Cancellation
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: no credit and no refund.
- Less than 10 days’ notice: a credit is issued, minus the $100 deposit.
- More than 10 days’ notice: a refund is issued, minus the $100 deposit.
