Studio Policies
Behaviour
We may prohibit families from attending events or classes if they disrupt sessions or harm other children. Removed participants receive refunds minus attended class fees.
Classes requiring adult participation
To give our artists the space to move and explore, we allow only one caregiver to accompany each child.
Withdrawal & refunds
Written withdrawal requests submitted four weeks before a program starts qualify for full refunds. Later requests don't qualify for refunds or credits unless deemed emergencies (evaluated case-by-case). Illness-related absences don't receive refunds or credits.
Missed classes & no-shows
Refunds are not issued for missed classes or no-shows, and we do not provide make-up classes. If we cancel a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or circumstances beyond our control, a full refund is issued.
Changes by The Imagination Hive
We reserve the right to modify schedules, programs, and fees at any time, providing reasonable notice for changes affecting enrollments.
Photo & video consent
Images may be used for marketing, social media, website content, and news articles. Families can opt out by emailing us before the program starts and notifying teachers on day one.
Allergies
Allergies must be entered during registration. Please email us if an allergy was forgotten before the program begins.
Punctuality & pick-up
Parents must ensure timely drop-offs and pick-ups. A late fee of $1 per minute will be charged for late pickups.
