Corporate Paint Night Ideas for Team Building

A corporate paint night should not feel like a test. The teams that enjoy it are the ones where everyone leaves with a finished canvas and nobody was asked to draw a face. Geometric shapes, a shared skyline, or a simple leaf in the brand colours are enough.
One shape, repeated
Circles, arches, or blocks in two brand colours plus white. The instruction is the order of the shapes, not a picture of a product. People can talk while they paint. That is the team-building part.
Same skyline
A sunset background, then a skyline in one dark colour. It looks like a city no matter whose windows are slightly different. It also finishes in two hours, which fits a lunch-and-learn or an after-work block.
What to book
Workshops at the studio start at $55 a guest and include the host, the setup, and invoicing. If your group wants the room only, studio rental starts at $200 for the first hour, $150 for the second, and $100 for each hour after that. The night still has to end by 11 pm.
Send the theme in the calendar invite so people know they are not performing. Aprons are part of the setup. Ask guests to skip dry-clean-only clothes anyway.
Host your own paint night at The Imagination Hive in Milton, Ontario.
