At The Imagination Hive, we offer an unforgettable birthday experience where children can express their creativity, have fun, and celebrate in an inspiring environment! Our art-themed birthday party packages are designed for kids to get hands-on and create their own masterpieces while enjoying the excitement of a party. Whether your child loves painting, sensory play, or crafts, we provide everything you need for a memorable and creative celebration.
Charges:
10 children including birthday child + 11 adults : $400 + HST
15 children including birthday child + 16 adults : $570 + HST
20 children including birthday child + 21 adults : $740 + HST
Additional Children: $18 + HST per child
Additional Adult: $8 + Tax
What’s Included in Our Birthday Party Package?
- 2 Hours of Fun & Creativity: Enjoy an art experience that includes age appropriate engaging activities and plenty of time for fun! The first 75 minutes are dedicated to hands-on art activities and sensory play, while the last 45 minutes are reserved for food, cake and celebrating the birthday child.
- Fun and Creative Themes to choose from: Choose from one of our unique party themes that will help guide both the art stations and sensory play activities!

- All Art Supplies Provided: We take care of all paints, brushes, canvases, smocks, and more!
- Take-home Art Project: Each child will have the chance to create their own artwork.
- Party Helper: Our friendly and talented staff will guide the kids through their art projects, ensuring they have a blast and everyone’s creativity is sparked!
- Food and Cake: Party hosts are required to provide all catering, decorations and facilitate the serving of food and cake. Our staff will facilitate the creative activities.
Families are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before the party begins to set up. Please note, party hosts are responsible for bringing all decorations and catering for the event.
You can secure your party date by filling out the form below and paying a $100 deposit. When we receive your booking we’ll be in touch via email to confirm all the details of the party including theme and number of guests. You’ll then receive an invoice for the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event.

Rules:
- Max capacity is of 45 for each party
- 30 minutes will be given before the party for set up for no extra charge
- We are a nut/peanut free facility
- Children under 6 must be accompanied by 1 adult
- Wear clothing to paint in and get messy. Socks are required for everyone attending, including adults.
- $100 non refundable deposit is required at the time of the booking
- In the event of a cancelled party (less than 24hrs prior to the party) no credit or refund will be issued.
- In the event of a cancelled party (less than 10 days prior to the party) a credit- minus $100 deposit, will be issued.
- In the event of a cancelled party (more than 10 days prior to the party) a refund, minus the $100 deposit will be issued.
The price and capacity policies and other general rules for parties are non-negotiable.
