At The Imagination Hive, we offer engaging, age-appropriate field trip experiences designed to inspire creativity, encourage curiosity, and give children the freedom to explore, discover, and create in a fun and welcoming environment.
These are school and daycare field trips in Milton, serving classes across Milton, Halton, and Oakville. The studio is at Unit 12, 700 Nipissing Rd.
Plan your field trip
Tell us about your group. Field trips are on weekdays, for 90 minutes, at $17 per student with HST included. We email a confirmation once the visit is approved.
Our signature experience: Open Studio Creative Exploration
Our Open Studio Creative Experience is a fun, interactive, and hands-on adventure where children have the freedom to explore a variety of thoughtfully prepared creative stations at their own pace.
Unlike traditional art classes, where everyone follows the same instructions to create the same project, our Open Studio encourages children to make their own choices, experiment with different materials, and bring their unique ideas to life.
Each activity is thoughtfully selected to suit the age and developmental stage of the visiting group.
What can students explore?
- Painting & art. Experiment with colours, brushes, and different artistic techniques.
- Arts & crafts. Create unique pieces using a variety of colourful materials.
- Sensory exploration. Discover different textures, materials, and hands-on creative experiences.
- Building & creating. Design, construct, and explore through imaginative activities.
- Open-ended creativity. Express individual ideas, make independent choices, and create without limits.
