Easy and Glamorous DIY NYE Party Decor on a Budget

New Year’s Eve decor can be paper and candlelight. You do not need a balloon arch to make the room feel like a night out.

Ideas to try

• Three paper fans on the wall, in gold or cream.
• Candles you already own, grouped on a tray.
• The paper chains from Christmas, still up. They count.
• One bunch of balloons, not a room full.
• A playlist and the lights dimmed. That is most of the glamour.
• A midnight toast station: cups, something bubbly, and the noise makers from the craft post.
