Setting Up a Fall Family Gratitude Station at Home
A gratitude station is a spot in the house, not a performance. A jar, a pencil, and paper leaves are enough for the month of November.
The spot
A side table everyone walks past. Eye level for the youngest writer, or a low basket if they are not writing yet.
The leaves
Cut paper leaves or print the sheet. One word is a finished note. A drawing counts.
The habit
Add one leaf at dinner. Read three of them on Thanksgiving, not all of them every night.
