  2. Show one scoop into the cup.<\/li>\n
  3. Let them pour it back.<\/li>\n
  4. Put the pasta in a jar when they are done.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    End by putting the filler away together. The ending is part of the activity.<\/p>\n

    What to watch<\/h2>\n

    If a child still mouths objects, skip loose small fillers. Use water, large pom-poms, or a sealed bag. Stay at the table. Put the filler back in a jar when you are done so the bin has a real ending.<\/p>\n
