Masks and headbands save a costume when the rest of the outfit is just black clothes. Paper, elastic, and paint are the whole kit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cat mask<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cut an oval, two eye holes, and two triangles for ears. Paint, then staple elastic to the sides. Check the eye holes before the paint dries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bat mask<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The same oval, with pointed paper wings glued to each side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pumpkin headband<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A paper strip that fits the head, plus a pumpkin shape glued at the front. A paper stem on top is the last piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comfort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Elastic should sit without pinching. If it slips, a paper clip on the end lets you tighten it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
