GENERAL STUDIO POLICIES

In-Studio Socks Policy

Socks are required in our studio by all children and adults visiting. Grip socks are highly recommended.

Behavior Policy

The Imagination Hive can prohibit a family from attending an event, class, or camp due to disruption to the class or harm caused to another child. If you are removed from a class or session you will receive a refund minus the classes that you participated in.

Classes that require adult participation:

To give our artists the space to move and explore, we allow only one caregiver to accompany each child.

Withdrawal/ Refund policy:

For all classes, workshops/events and camps: Written withdrawal requests need to be made 4 weeks before the start of your scheduled program to receive a full refund.
Written withdrawal requests received after the 4 week window are not eligible for a refund or credit of any type unless deemed an emergency situation. These situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Children who miss sessions/classes due to illness, whether kept home by parents or deemed ineligible due to CDC guidelines (temperature, etc.), will not be eligible for refunds or credits.

We reserve the right to change this policy, with notice, should the current situation change. If you have any questions concerning this policy, please contact info@theimaginationhive.com prior to registration.

Missed Classes, No shows/ Make-Up Sessions:

Refunds are not issued for missed classes or no shows. We do not provide make-up classes for a missed class or workshop due to illness, weather or other.
If a program or session is closed by The Imagination Hive, due to severe weather/ low enrolment or other circumstances beyond our control, we will issue a full refund.

Changes by The Imagination Hive:

The Imagination Hive reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, program, and fees at any time. Reasonable notice will be given for any changes affecting your child’s enrollment.

Photo and Video Consent:

Photos taken during class may be used for…
– Marketing materials (flyers, brochures, etc.)
– Social media posts
– Website content
– News articles

Opt-Out Option:

If you do not wish for your or your child’s image to be used, please email the studio before the start of your program and also communicate to your teacher on the first day of class.

Allergies:

When registering for a program, you must enter any/all allergies so that The Imagination Hive is aware of any allergens that could be a health risk. If you forget to enter any allergies please email info@theimaginationhive.com before the start of your program.

Punctuality and Drop Off/Pick-Up:

Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child is dropped off and picked up on time. A late fee of $1 per minute will be charged for late pickups.
